PutFetchable
This is a message of the
Freenet Client Protocol 2.0 (FCP 2.0).
It is sent from the Freenet node to a client program and indicates the partial completion of an insert: Enough data has been inserted into Freenet that the key should now be fetchable. The URI should be present.
