UnsubscribeUSK
This is a message of the Freenet Client Protocol 2.0 (FCP 2.0).
It is sent from a client program to the Freenet node.
This is used to tell the node to cancel a USK subscription created with a SubscribeUSK message. There is no acknowledgment.
