FProxy should just work automatically in the background, so if you don't understand this, don't worry, you can still use Freenet.

FProxy is a
proxy web server that enables users to browse Freenet
freesites using a standard web browser. It knows what addresses are Freenet ones, and can redirect them to the Freenet network.
Assuming you have installed Freenet as standard, the address:
http://127.0.0.1:8888/∞ is your Freenet home page, created by FProxy. The addresses of all Freenet pages will start with this.
