Routing table takeover attacks

A type of attack only possible on OpenNet. Basically, a node pretends to be many nodes. It connects to a target node, and whenever it gets a successful request, it always resets the data source to one of its fake nodes. (In 0.7, whenever a node attempts to start a connection through it (after a successful request), it always connects to one of its fake nodes, rather than forwarding the connect attempt back to the original source). A node performing such an attack can gain lots of connections quickly, and in many cases lots of connections to the same node. If you have lots of connections to the same node, PremixRouting will not work (you can pretend to be many virtual nodes), and other attacks are probably easier too.
